If they only advertise packs you own, I'd be down with it. Instead of constantly showing you stuff they want you to buy, they show you stuff in packs you own, that you might not have known were even options. Or they can inspire your next bit of gameplay. And I'm glad to have artwork - it's way better than the ugly blue screen we got in 2019. I'm so over the minimalism.
But if they're using this to advertise packs for you to buy, I'm disappointed. We already have 3 ads in the game before we can even start playing, including the shopping cart. They're throwing in player-unfriendly, limited-time events to drive engagement from us. They're doing more and more to push ads to try and make us buy things, and it's seeping more and more into the game itself. These decisions don't feel like they were made with the players' best interests in mind.
