More non American worlds please.
So far we have one 1.5 worlds that are not super-obvious North American: Windenburg and to an extent San Myshuno (the spice and art districts look 100% American). Also one of two vacation worlds...

I think we could use some Japanese countryside. I've never been to Japan myself, so forgive me for getting all of my half-baked knowledge out of animes and mangas, but then again, most of those things are produced by the Japanese themselves, so there's probably some truth in how they choose to visually represent their country. Tea tables, sliding doors, people in kimonos, those pretty pink trees, Shinto shrines - can you imagine how beautiful that would look in the game? And so different from everything else we've been given so far! (Not that I don't love the worlds we already have, but as OP said, most of them are very obviously "American".)
Oh, and I know I sound like a broken record for always bringing this up, but how about a town, maybe based on Scandinavia or some other place in Northern Europe, where it's cold most of the year? So far we have three home worlds and one vacation destination where it's basically always summer. A colder world filled with its very own specific flora and fauna could already make a difference. Did you know that family homes in Finland tend to have two entry doors behind one another, with one specifically designed to keep the cold out? Of course, this would only be half as much fun for people who don't have Seasons, but... this is The Sims, we're all playing pretend at some point, and a door like that would make for a great visual distinction.
