So, there's a lot of wishes and demands from the community about what they want to see next. What do you think is the most overrated request? Or something you just don't care for but everyone else see...

We have instant travel everywhere and the most-frequent lot size is paltry 30x20 which already leaves almost no space for a garden unless you build a skyscraper. A garage would only make that worse in past worlds even if they started making most lots 40x40 and larger (which is much needed even without cars and garages).
