Clutter and YA female CAS items. Seriously game is full of them and yet it isn't enough for some to keep requesting them and yet there are still complaints about computers running slow for wanting the same things for the past 6 years. I prefer community requests of things not already in the game for a change.
Cars and garages well I still think could help provide tools for other parts of the game especially with farming with barns and tractors. Sims 4 is generally lacking any good transportation period which is ironic for a "modern game". I think Gurus are skilled enough to provide new things for the game still.
