For me it's Babies simply because they don't last long enough in my gameplay for me to necessitate an entire update to detach them from their cribs and such.
Especially with a modded lifespan, sims are babies for literally 1-2 days in my game, which means an entire update would be done just to affect my gameplay for roughly 1 hour max with any given sim.
