I think cars are kind of pointless as there will be nowhere to drive and the same occults are always requested which are fun for a bit, but they are more of a mini game that you move on from.
It would just be better to see the Sims work on packs that weren't in the Sims 3 for us to experience a different game that also expands gameplay realistically. For example a pack that adds more activities for your sims to do and systems that advances the game like Get Together did with the club system, dancing, DJs and pubs!
