I agree with a lot of what people are saying here. I really like Sulani at the moment, because it’s something a bit different, but I’m also a huge fan of Newcrest, though I use San Myshuno heavily too.
Magnolia Promenade I never use, mainly because there are only 4 lots there and I don’t use any of the premade businesses (yet).
Also think El Selvadora is underrated. I’d like to use it more.
I don’t think any of them are overrated, they each have their own unique charm.
