Some clearly are, like Von Haunt and San Myshuno park. I'm sure I can do some creative remodels. But there are others that aren't locked.
I'm really curious about what happens to the lots that I can move. Like Strangerville information Center and 8 Bells. If I move them to another world, will military Sims still hang out there? Or do they only hang out there because of the lot's location? If I move the Moonwood Collective hangout and put it in Newcrest, can Sims still access it through the tunnels and access tunnels through it? Or does it absolutely have to be in that world?
