Moving objects down
Did EA/Maxis remove the ability to move objects down? Moving objects up still works, but not down. Anyone else notice this and/or have a solution?

Building a basement and moving objects UP does work, I've used it to put tulips in a garden, originally in a vase, they now look as if they are growing in the earth.
