Moving to new computer with 2 hds and need help!

I am preparing to upgrade my computer. Currently I have 2 hard drives - a boot drive (C) and a storage drive (D). I have my cc for sims on my D drive. I know did something to the folder in the D drive...

Going to try to move from OneDrive . For some strange reason I don't have location tab on this folder. Moving it out of OneDrive to Smatt, then I'll see if I can change location to D
