Moving to new computer with 2 hds and need help!

I am preparing to upgrade my computer. Currently I have 2 hard drives - a boot drive (C) and a storage drive (D). I have my cc for sims on my D drive. I know did something to the folder in the D drive...

The game worked fine on my old computer with OneDrive. I did manage to move folders around. Now I have my CC in CAS but not in build mode? I have no idea what is happening lol
