Mr. Big Bad Wolf, aka Gregg ran away from my sim

I so wished I had taken a photo, but Gregg the big bad wolf ran away when my sim attempted to interact with him. Now normally whenever this happened in the past all my sims would end up getting beaten up, and usually turned into a wolf. I don't think Gregg had any idea what to do with my sim, who just happened to be a little girl. I thought at least she would get to say hello, but nope, he just ran off when he saw fighting this sim was not even an option.
