Oh, I didn't notice the hanami in the name! My sister also noticed a pciture of hanami dango (cherry blossom viewing rice cakes) on one of the food vendor carts in the gameplay trailer. Even if they didn't give us an hanami festival it's nice to have these little references.
Koen actually means park in Japanese, like Ueno Koen the famous park in Tokyo.
