On the plus side my sim was flat broke and found her breakfast of tea and a cupcake on the ground haha.
Couldn't clean up a empty cup on the sidewalk said there had to be a trash can present when there was one across the way. GUESS ITS JUST FORVER STUCK THERE.
But really, the game could use commercial lot janitors.
