Music in live-mode vs build and load screen

I mostly turn music off because I find it really distracting to jump into a song in build mode for 10 seconds while I grab an extra item for the sims, then hop back into music coming from their radio.

I would love, in Sims 4 and any future options, to have live-mode music and other music be treated separately - that is, give option to mute loading music and build mode music.
