You can move all of those things into household inventory before replacing the House. Another way to save things is to move everything you want saved into one room and save the room to your gallery.
Yes, I'm sure the plantains can be saved in household inventory. If you can't get the accolades and trophies into the household inventory, see if you can move them into the cardboard box storage thingy - that will take some stuff that the treasure chest and other storage boxes won't take. You might be able to move the whole box into the household inventory, but I'm not sure that you have to - I think you'll find everything in storage places on the new lot (even your leftovers in the fridge).
You can't move anything from Manage Worlds into the household inventory, however - I've tried that one :)
