No deep reason. This is his swimwear-2 outfit, he span into it when I initiated hotub woohoo and I was laughing so hard, I wanted to see the whole sequence to the end.
You can see toddlers biting each other with human toddlers, too. Just make them angry, then the option should appear.
Oh, I just realized they are the Sims in your profile pic too! I never let the toddlers get angry I'm too scared they will get taken away, but I will look for it.
