MWS questions

I just need a few clarifications before I buy it: 1: Can couples still elope? Is elope a rabbit hole? 2: Is the MWS world the only place weddings can happen once you buy MWS?

I didn't think they could still elope with Wedding Stories without a mod. They can, however, get married in a rabbit hole building in Tartosa.
