My cat has NEVER gotten sick and hasn't ever been needing to go to the vet!?

I've had a cat for a LONG time in my game now... and never once has it ever gotten sick. Is this a bug? Or is my cat just extremely lucky? I mean, I guess it's weird to complain about... but I spec...

My pets get sick often. It is actually annoying as I have to go to vet clinic where I see my other sims with their sick pets who weren't sick before. Then I rotate households and those pets who didn't get treated are still ill and I have to go back to vet and the cycle repeats. That's why every time I send my sims to vet I buy many wellness treats so next time when the pet is ill I can just give this treat.
While my pets get sick from time to time, the elder pets get sick more often (That makes the life stage more sad!).
