My child sim got the Positivity Challenge aspiration

That's strange.
Children can do the Positivity Challenge aspiration. I had a child issue the challenge and get that aspiration done. You should change the aspiration as it's impossible to get the reward trait now without cheats (to get the trait, you'll have to collect all the positivity posters and then talk to Bobbie Millie Brown).
Reputation thing is strange. It should say the current reputation (Atrocious, Awful, Bad, Neutral, Good, Great, Pristine) not life skill. Do you have Parenthood game pack? The character values are mentioned as life skills in the code.
Try entering this cheat:

testingcheats on

Shift-click on the child and choose Public Image... and Set Reputation. There you can choose the reputation level. Choose one and see if it's fixed. If it's not, remove all the mods, repair the game, and see if it's fixed.
