My child Sim has someone like a stalker..

Rotational play. MCCC installed. Fairly new, two ‘active’ households (so far).

My child Sim is being called up regularly by Catarina Lynx, partly because the game gave them a ‘friendship’ before I rotated to this household. Now poor Jayden is being invited to her house, out to the circus, the latest sold out show... etc etc.
{Why is the first Sim they met always such a stalker. LOL }

It wouldn’t perhaps be too bad if it was between adults. One can ignore an over eager friend, right? But it’s inappropriate coming from an adult to a child.

Incidentally, Jayden also has a strong dislike for Brent Hecking. Likely due to Jayden’s mean trait. And the family have never lived in, nor been to Brindleton Bay. :s

Please assist and advise.

  • The only thing I can suggest is, have Jayden make more friends. When your sim has only one friend, no matter who or what that person is, they will call constantly.
  • That might be super important @GrumpyGlowfish. I have noticed the first Sim they have contact with is, shall we say, persistent?
    Does it ease off once they have more than one friendship/relationship outside the household? :o
    I shall be keeping an eye out.

    In good news, Jayden has already invited one classmate (his age, of course) home from school...

    All my Sims do tend to have the hardest time making friends though.
  • Well, your phone will still be ringing all day, and there's nothing you can do about it (unless MCCC has an option, I don't know since I don't use that mod), but at least it won't always be the same sim calling when you have more friends.
  • If you have MCCC, you can remove the relationship competely - no more phone calls.
  • This is really creepy. :confounded:

    Is there anyway, I dunno, to make Catarina 'disappear'? :lol:
  • You can "turn off" various texts with MCCC, I believe. Or silence the kids phone. Not sure how efficient that is, though.

    Or of course, delete the relationship completely.
