It's difficult to make a cuddly fat Sim in Sims 4. All the old ladies look like old men with beer bellies.

I wouldn't worry too much about a bit of fat as apparently fatter people are more likely to survive cardiac arrests. Which makes me wonder why worry about weight anyway. Diabetes seems to be in the genes as my family have never suffered from it fat or thin and both weights lasting til their nineties. I saw some really thin old ladies yesterday who were both having to use sticks to help get them around very slowly. I saw lots also of old fatter ladies waddling around without them, so it is all level in the end. (I'm one of the latter, not waddling yet though) :)
