My first attempt at turning Nookstone in Oasis Springs into a tiny home (photos)

My first attempt at turning the Nookstone home in Oasis Springs into a tiny home, while keeping under 20,000 semolians. I counted the squares and the new home is at 77 squares. Hopefully, after I can add the new pack it will be still in the size range that is acceptable.

To give you an idea of how much smaller I first left the shadowing alone from the original size of the home.

I also moved the home closer to the street to give more of a back yard to add things later on.

The interior, I will be changing out the bed later, maybe. It will depend on what I think of that new bed.

    Your home would be classified as a ‘small home’ according to pack rules ?

    Small Home- 100 tiles
    Tiny Home- 64 Tiles
    Micro Home- 32 tiles

    From what I understand the foundation counts, so you have to double the count if you use a foundation.

    If you mean like porches and decks yes they count but they aren’t extra tiles from what I’ve seen. They just count toward the final tile count as normal.

    I watched the live stream on Utube which has subtitles and Dave said the foundation counts. He may mean decks and porches but he didn't say that, he said foundations.

    Well yeah they’re the same thing, the interior is on a foundation, and so are decks and porches. Whether or not they’re raised means they count towards the tile limit. But pools and such don’t count.
