Well, a lot of people wanted more death and danger, and they did add that with the Rabid Rodent Disease. That was what perked me up about this pack, and tipped me from not interested to interested. Gameplay-wise, this pack has as much as many other stuff packs, and for me, has more story potential than say, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, or Fitness Stuff.
The new death could have been give to us with a free patch along with the hamster cage. And the rest of the items in the pack should have been included with C&D. But in the end to each his own, because where one sees something as a money grab, someone else sees it as a good thing.
I will say though, I have everything except this SP, and I don't plan on buying it unless I'm gifted it or if it goes on sale for like $4 (and even then, that's too much lol). With the other GPs and SPs they have added to my game play, this on the other hand (outside of the new death) does nothing. And I still feel this was just a money grab, and nothing else. :/
