You could do one where it is mostly realistic game play, but with the Occults being undercover. Like an alien being human around people, or a werewolf trying not to transform, or a vampire trying to to bite a person. Same kind of things with mermaids and spellcasters too. That way you can technically have realistic game play, but break it up a bit with the supernatural.
