My Mods folder and most of the Sims 4 Folder Disappeared!

So a while back I accidentally deleted my mods folder and the sims 4 folder. Yes I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my game and computer, checked the trash, etc. No matter what I do it won't reappe...

Yeah, I've played it a lot since, but it still only shows the tray files.
