Initially, and this was my own Wishful thinking, I thought and hoped Realm of Magic would be sort of a Fantasy based world. Kind of a call back to the Sims Medieval.
It would be like an Arthurian Legend, Camelot, Medieval France/England, A large Lot (100x100?), in the center or the background of the map, on a hill For a Big Castle (Pray we can build Up to Seven floors one day) overlooking a Village or a castle town for residents and Shops, Out side of the City walls, is a forest. to explore, gather ingredients. maybe located by a bay, like all early civilizations they need water access. I would hope this world is like that Has really old historic buildings, but is also modernized. Maybe a Surviving Monarchy, feudalistic society. I could always Use Get Together to create this. Some Peasant Groups, Middle class groups and a wealthy, Nobility, and a Royal Court Club.
I hoped for medieval dress, rather baroque styled clothing and objects. I saw That sim's top in the teaser screenshots. I don't really love it from what I can see. but Personally I Love it when Medieval technology and fantasy and Modern technology clash So I wouldn't mind seeing my Sorcerer who is over a 1000 years old (but appears to be in his late 40s) sometimes dawn his cloak, and robes, somewhat old fashioned but is keeping up with the changing times. but also has a modern version of his outfits too.
Ultimately that's what My concept was when I heard "Realm of Magic" a Kingdom a land filled with magic. this is where magic is born, Sorcerers, witches, wizards, perhaps even fairies and elves come from. castle, a community, and a vast enchanted forest, but I'm not sure how vast it'll be if it's like Forgotten Hollow... Hoped it would be half the size of Windenburg. maybe the country side plus the island.
