My Sim died laughing - really

One of my boys almost died at his wedding cracking jokes :/ had to calm him down in the bathroom for half the ceremony!
I did kill a townie for tax evasion via laughter, though. It seems to be one of the more dangerous emotions for me since a large handful of my townies and sims in general are goofballs or childish, sometimes both.

I remember the first time I had a sim die from an emotional death. It was a teen sim and she was going on her very first date. She and her date went to the museum because they both loved art. One of the goals for the date was to make both your sims playful and I needed up going overboard to the point where my sim died from laughter.

I had no idea that could happen! Were you just queuing up a series of funny interactions?

So strange. I remember when Nina died in my game because Don cheated on her!

No - not at all - she had no queue. I was focusing on other Sims in the household - I got a pop-up this Sim was dying of laughter - found her doubled over laughing (she had never done that before) and then the reaper appeared. Usually pleading with the reaper works - but this time it did not. She was an adult - not an elder.

Of all the deaths hysteria seems the easiest to accidentally happen. My fav sim died this way on his wedding day, luckily Grim spared him after his new spouse pleaded for his life.
