Of all the tragic Sims stories yours might be at the top. I've had a few, too.- GalacticGal10 years agoLegend

My Sim died of laughter on his wedding day and he laughed at his Sister playing the violin and she was not very good at playing so the hubby to be laughed so hard that he just died and the guests at the wedding soon to be, just stopped dancing and the whole event went from being happy to sad, and his wife-to-be, just went and cried under the covers in her bed and eventually had to ask everyone to leave, that was depressing to watch, it took 4 Sim days to get over the sadness in that family, so I stopped playing that family.
:open_mouth: And here I still haven't had an emotional death. Sorry for your loss. Perhaps, you can go back a save and pick up where it left off prior to the untimely death? That is, if you miss that family. - Kittybass10 years agoSeasoned AceI've never had a sim die of laughter, although I've tried. I have gotten a couple to die of rage though.
- I had no idea you could die from that!, lol
- Kittybass10 years agoSeasoned AceI had her witness her husband flirting with somebody else, had some other household members do some mean interactions and declare her an enemy, had a masterpiece angry painting with the aura enabled, made her eat some flaming angry spaghetti, then had her view the painting for good measure. She died just after looking at the painting. The second one I killed took much less, but flirty spouse is the one that I find most useful in trying to cause an angry death because that one takes a long time to wear off.
I just remembered I did have a sim get hysterical once, but I didn't want him to die so I tried calming him down real quick. He was already Very Playful when Johnny Zest told him a joke and that sent him over the edge. I was like "Nooooo calm down or you'll die! Stop laughing at everything! "
I've never gotten anybody embarrassed enough to die either. I must try that one some time. - susanleona10 years agoSeasoned AceI had a sim die of embarrassment when her marriage proposal got turned down. She was an alien, but her fiance regretted so much saying no he spent a lot of time resurrecting her. Now he's gone as he was older, but she still lives on. They had a hybrid daughter too.

that's ok, I deleted that family and started again with another new family. I didn't set out to have an emotional death, it just happened, so maybe one day there will be one in your household when you don't expect it.- ha! These random things make it interesting.
- mchristy19637 years agoNew TravelerI had a great sim roommate die from Laughter and we were at a big club party. I noticed a few others where in clubs too when it happened, maybe that is the catalyst? Hmmm. Although, my sim was also high as hell on MDA, Coke and Speed. Hehe.
- babyxtooth7 years agoNew SpectatorThis happened to me twice - with the same family. The mom died from laughing and then, before the Grim Reaper left from collecting her soul, her husband burst out in a fit of laughter and died. They left behind toddler twins and I left the game without saving. :D
