Ok, so in order to regain a tile you need to:
First to book a celebrity cleanse if you have already purchased some fame perks.
Second quit the spotlight.
Third use this cheat: traits.remove_trait trait_Hidden_Fame_CelebrityTileAchieved
Then step into the spotlight.
Finally cheat your sim into a 5 star celebrity and tah-dah you get a new tile!

This Definitely fixed my Star Problem thanks!!
My Sim got her star and I cant really remember what happened but after I put the Inscription the star reset itself and It was stuck in my sims inventory and the Inscription and her name disappeared from the star and I couldn't edit it. Most recently it just disappeared completely from her inventory, (I rotate play, so I switched to her little Brother's family for a while, when he got his 5-Star Celeb tile, I wanted to place hers before his. Keep in mind that their older Brother already earned and placed his star, no problem... I can't remember what I did to make her Tile Reset but both her and her Older Brother were living together at the time, He gained his Global Superstardom first...)
But I ran this little fixed and it worked! So Thank You because this is my Legacy Save and I would have been hurt knowing her Stardom wouldn't live on in Del Sol Valley when she died if I couldn't get her to place her star!
