I'm testing this out now. About a week or so ago, I took a group of clumsy sims into the jungle with no supplies and one died by poison. Well 6 of them died (rest were fire), and I sent another group back in to replace the ones who died. I loaded up the save tonight, sent them home, and added her to the household to see if I could get her to kill the others with a poison belch. She belched once but nobody was in the vicinity. I might have to keep them in close quarters. I'm taking screenshots so I'll report back if the others get poisoned by her belch. :D
