My sim isn't giving birth!
Eliza Pancake is pregnant and she is in labour, but she has been in labour for 4 sim days now and that was after she went through 3 trimesters. I feel like she is never giving birth.

I have noticed that you have to click on the sim and select the hospital option in order for them to give birth.
