So I am noticing everytime my sim wakes up usually after her engery bar is full. or nearly full if i wake up her up or she wakes up on her own the first thing she does is scream like she just woke up ...

Kids wake up appearing to be startled....not really screaming at all. It's just an animation bug. If your kids have a full energy bar then they are fine.
