Hello @Nicoleamoral . Do you have a baby in your sims household? The issue may be connected to having a baby in the household. http://modthesims.info/download.php?p=4932221#post4932221
The issue may fix itself up once the baby has aged up.
Try having the nursery/baby several rooms far away from the shower/bathroom and see if that helps, or age up the baby now .
