If you have pets in your household they may be keeping her awake. The pets don’t need to be in the room to keep Sims awake. Try lecturing any pets to not keep Sims awake and see if that helps.
If there are windchimes in the bedroom, remove them as they can cause Sims not to sleep.
Try selling the bed and buying a new one, then test to see if that helps.
