Yes they took the ghost and no the baby was going to back to their world lol
Despite alien invasions being on the lowest setting Autumn keeps getting abducted and pregnant...two more pregnancies (well 3 I ended the last one through MCCC). Both were alien twins that were sent back to the homeworld:
