My throw back fit kit is not showing up. 🙁

They said they had fixed it yesterday. So, I suggest this go to https://help.ea.com/en/
Click: menu > accounts > order management

Find the order where you purchased the kit. Under the kit title you will see your order number, write that down.

Go back out to the home page for EA Help, and click help with a game, it a circle icon with a game controller in it. Click the cover art for Sims4. In the “Select A Topic Box you want “Manage My Account”. Then select your platform: PC, Mac, Console type etc.

Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us

At the bottom of that page select Find A Missing Game

A blue box will appear labeled Select A Contact option, click it. You can then choose to either open a live chat, or receive a phone call. They will request some information to verify you are the owner of your EA account before they will make changes, and request the order number you wrote down earlier. Once they establish your identity it takes literally seconds for your pack to be restored. ?

Thank you @Pamtastic72 I ended up getting out to eat, and when I went back in it was fixed. ? I wrote down that http though in case I ever have any other problems, I didn’t know that was here. Thanks again! I really like that kit, it goes with a lot of other pieces too
