My vampire sim doesn't know he cant go outside in the sunlight

My first vampire sim continues to go out in the sun to do activities. What is wrong with him? He isnt even that low level anymore, he is on the level 2 book. I swear he is going to kill himself one da...

The day walker thing was one of the first powers I made sure to get my sim because of their penchant for running around outside in the daylight. I gotta admit, I sorta liked the challenge of keeping them from running head-first into death.
