That outfit is definitely pyjamas, not a suit. Especially since the footwear is (or at least looks like) slippers.
That was LadyKyn's styling to illustrate, but when you look in game the pajamas are categorized as a suit, flagged for formal, and not flagged as sleepwear.
One more example of TS4's very bad outfit flagging.
