Asking for some assistanceI am posting on behalf of @shatinn here who has an interesting query re a mysterious sounds ( I myself am wondering if anyone else has any answers on this too). I am posting for her as her posts are low still and she cannot add photos or videos just yet.@shatinn has a video (see link ---->) https://youtube.com/watch?v=zIJPULn1Jt8As you can see her vampire or alien both have this eerie sound when they walk from one point to another, at first we thought that it was due to them residing in the world of Forgotten Hollow, but as you can see this is not the case. In a number or videos now this sound is showing up when her sims are moving and this sound is very present.It is either a vampire OR her alien, however Caleb and other vampires in her game do not make this sound.Has anyone experienced this OR would they be able to enlighten @shatinn (and myself) on this mysterious sound!Thank you.

Omg that's creepy as all get out! I have vampires and I have not heard that sound ever in game. Could it be tied to any mods or cc?

lol @Jasonschick80 - i actually love the sound of it, but yes it's something we're wondering where it's coming from.@Simpkin - i believe @shatinn can answer this better but from what I've seen no, it's happening in any world not just one or two. And mainly when they walk from A point to B, however I will let Shatinn answer this better.

@Simkin yes as bebasim say it, this sound is everywhere I go with my sims and make him walk to one point to the other. buy food, walk to the poster box, interact with other sims, he will walk to that direction and have this sound

@Jasonschick80 I play rotational, every sims of mine is in one save. I have mods but if one sim effected by say a mod why not the others or all? It must be something other. and yes it is eerie and I want it

Weird. It sounds like the sounds Grim Reaper has. I see you have CC, but do you have any mods?The only thing I can suggest is to temporarily remove all the mods and repair the game by right-clicking on it in Origin.

I went into my game and checked out my vamp-no sound.

I then went and made two new vamps each with differing weaknesses. I thought it may relate to undead aura or eternal sadness. However, no such luck :( .

@bebasims i love it too, just creepy lol. I even made my hubby listen to it and he didn't know what it could be.

@Jasonschick80 - same here i did the same when @shatinn asked about it, i wish mine did this. I tried all sorts of things and nothing sigh!! I want this sound gaahhh

Her Alien also makes that sound as you can see in the vid which is weird...

@EgonVM - Question why would she want to repair her game? She likes the sounds and wants more of it. I doubt it's a game thing as it seems like many people don't have it!
She has mods and cc though pretty much as I do. Which is why i am baffled as i don't know where it's coming from and i i want it lol.

This is going to sound horrible but I went in and killed one of my sims! When Grim showed up it was the exact same knocking noise.

Is your vampire perhaps a child of Grims? Maybe it's something passed down?

Oh you're right, that is creepy, but cool! My main sim is a vampire and I have never heard that sound, which is good because it wouldn't suit him - he's more your 'friendly neighbourhood vampire' type. He also has the undead aura (tier 1) and eternal sadness weaknesses, so it definitely isn't linked to those. Also if your alien is doing the same thing and neither are hybrids then I doubt any of them are linked. Grim isn't the daddy is he? :D It sure sounds similar. Perhaps it could be mods/CC related, a hidden trait or just a random glitch. Does it still happen if you start an entirely new save? I'm really intrigued!
