Mysterious Sound in game - Anyone know what this is??

Ok, so I added Grim to my test vamp family since he was still hanging around from the death I performed. I had looked up on google "Grim Reaper sound on vampire sim" and saw videos on how to turn Grim into Vampire. I thought if I could add him to family and then Modify in CAS into a real person I might be able to recreate the sound in my game.

Well, that didn't work because I couldn't figure out how to give Grim his arms and neck back after i took his hood off.
