I doubt it's burglars because Pixilade said it was a feature he played with more than the Get Famous features.
Burglars aren't something you play with. They tend to surprise you.
Maybe it's a world editing feature?
Whatever it is, it sounds like something cool, if its as interesting as a new expansion pack.
