Mystery solved
Aaaaah so for the longest time now I had my sim Dr's do the T pose at the hospital. I thought it was a bug, but it turns out that its a trend. After today's live stream I was made aware of it when all the kids at Highschool was doing it. My Dr's must be having some sort of a midlife crisis and is reliving their Highschool trend days at work :D :D :D
