N.A.P. - Can you delete a NAP in affect in another world?

Hey there! You can absolutely repeal N.A.P.s in other neighborhoods, but you have to do so from within the neighborhood itself. If you don't mind doing a little cheating, you can simply switch to a household in the neighborhood, then access the cheat console (with "testingcheats on"), then Shift-Click the lot's mailbox and click the option to repeal the N.A.P. you don't want~
