Probably. I think SimGuruGraham is determined to make stuff packs more appealing to more Simmers.
@Glic2003 I still don't feel forced to buy them. I guess I'm still in that group never to get a SP for the Sims series. Only SPs I do have is because I got the Sims 2 UC.
