Yes, it's pretty tricky since I didn't buy all of TS2's stuff packs and none of TS3's. I have gotten three of TS4's. But I'm sort of on to that now, and have stopped. lol
I don't think it's as devious as that.
The main complaint about stuff packs were that they didn't add any game play and didn't add much to the game. Simmers wanted them to be micro EPs. EA responded to that complaint.
