I haven't played everything of the packs but here's what i like more in each (from what i've already played):

Realm of Magic - spell and potion learning is random instead of learning the same spells and potions by level

Dine out - ability to choose the restaurant's menus, even from the ones my sims don't own

Expansions
Get to Work - Probably the aliens. Even though I wish they were more fleshed out, I am still happy to have them and I play with them more than with the active careers.
Get Together - I like a lot of things but my very favorite parts are the Munch and Fyres families.
City Living - Food. I love all the new recipes, the spice festival and the chopsticks and spice hound traits.
Cats and Dogs - The details available in Create-a-Pet and how well certain breeds were done.
Seasons - I love all of it but the holidays and calendar have changed the way I play the most
Get Famous - Playing through the acting gigs.
Island Living - The beauty of Sulani.
I don't have DU and just bought EL (though I think my favorite part of the latter is going to be expanded off the grid play).

Game Packs
Outdoor retreat - CAS. My sims do vacation semi-regularly but I use the CAS a lot.
Spa Day - yoga
Dine Out - setting up a variety of restaurants in each save with different menu and decor themes
Vampires - I like the gameplay overall but my favorite parts may be BB and CAS and designing dark forms in CAS
Parenthood - character values provide goals for family play
Jungle Adventure - The beauty of Selvadorada
Strangerville - the world, especially the view from the bluffs, and the general quirkiness
Realm of Magic - I love the BB and CAS. I haven't been playing it long so that might not stay my favorite part, but I wanted the pack based on the CAS part of the livestream alone.

Stuffs
I got a lot of these in bundles with my game packs, so I had to look up what they came with to answer
Luxury Party - the buffet table improves my weddings so much
Perfect Patio - the hot tub - not a lot else there
Cool Kitchen - special effects of some of the ice cream flavors
Spooky stuff - I love cartoony Halloween stuff so... everything! But maybe most of all the pumpkin carving and some of the costumes.
Movie Hangout - the facial expressions while watching movies
Romantic Garden - BB. I use the flowers and some of the statues a lot when landscaping. And I like having more design choices for monkey bars.
Kids Room - the puppet shows are actually pretty adorable. I have not fully explored the voidcritter options yet.
Backyard stuff - the water slide
Vintage Glamor - CAS - especially the pajama options. I really haven't used the gameplay from this one yet. Use the women's robe and the little girl's nightgown pretty often though.
Bowling - There are some pretty great bowling animations and they change as your sim's skill improves.
Fitness - CAS. I like the gameplay objects but use the CAS more.
Toddlers - all of it... but probably the CAS would be the hardest to live without.
Laundry Day - just bought it for the off the grid washtub and clothesline mostly, haven't fully checked anything else out yet.
My First Pet - the little hedgehogs.
Moschino - Taking portraits.
Don't have the two newest ones.

City living - The jaw dropping detail in the backdrop artwork that makes it feel like a real city (I've actually gotten a feeling of vertigo from looking over the edge of the uptown penthouse lot).
Cats and dogs - Being able to adopt a ghost dog from Deadgrass Island
Seasons - Toddlers can help make snowmen
Get famous - The over-the-top extravagant gilded rich person show-off build/buy items
Island living - the beautiful wood grain textures in the build items and wallcolors
Discover University - The CAS items

Outdoor Retreat - The destination world
Spa Day - The massage tables
Dine Out - Being able to have sims eat at a sit-down restaurant that actually functions like a restuarant

Eco lifestyle- bb items (I hate this pack so much and find very little I like about it)

Outdoor retreat- going camping, log cabin style holidays, going hiking, finding the different bugs
Spa day- creating spas, wellness skill
Dine out- having restaurants to take sims to, being able to fully customise restaurants
Vampires- there is a very nice tile flooring I like to use in bathrooms
Parenthood- cas and bb items
Jungle adventure- the world, bb items, learning the culture, archaeology skill, exploring the jungle
Strangerville- the world, the grungy bb items and also the ornate doors and windows, military career, enjoyed the story too
Realm of magic- cas items and Glimmerbrook

Stuff packs
Luxury party- cas
Perfect patio- some bb and cas items
Cool kitchen- all the bb items especially the counters
Spooky- has a great wooden floor I use all the time and a pair of cas boots, also some wallpapers are great for kids rooms
Movie hangout- cas and bb items, being able to watch films
Romantic garden- the hairs in cas, the flowers and statues in bb
Kids room- all of it
Backyard- bird feeder, windchimes, a lot of the garden furniture and cas items
Vintage glamour- the beds and wallpaper
Bowling- don't really know as I hardly use the pack
Fitness- cas and bb items
Toddler- cas items for toddlers
Laundry day- being able to do laundry
MFP- the bb items of desks etc are great for kids rooms
Moschino- the wallpaper, sofas, art work, photo frames (pretty much all of bb items)
Tiny living- the challenge of building tiny home, bb items with the exception of murphy bed and the combo tv/entertainment centres as I never use either item
Nifty knitting- haven't yet fully explored the pack but like the look of the bb items and the idea of plopsy
