Nanny, maid or better?

So... both parents work. While I could just send to daycare, the tot keeps coming home angry or sad. There’s always something wrong.

Now, I don’t have a place for a butler to sleep. Is live-in the only option for butlers? I need both nanny and maid services, but apparently you can only have one service.

I don’t want to add a full sim to the family just for this. I want some autonomy. What’s my best option?
