Is there a way to get a full-time Nanny without adding a Sim to your household? Maybe a mod or a way to work with the butler

- If you call a nanny they will stay until there needs decay, but you can always call another one before the other one leaves.
Edit sometimes you can get two nannies, because the other one forgets to leave possible bug who knowns. - story time: i once got an elder nanny sim to take care of my sim baby... the baby she was taking care of is an adult now. and last i checked the nanny's still alive. i don't know how she's not dead yet
