E45Dodge​ I'm having the same issue. I see Toilet, but not The Wooden Throne. My sim is Handiness 10.

Okay I signed back into the game and went back into the event UI and re-claimed my rewards and it now lets me craft and use the wooden throne. idk if it was the patch yesterday but it's there now.
